What we collect. When you contact us we receive what you choose to send: your name, the contact details you write from, your travel dates, group size, and anything else you include. The enquiry form on this site does not submit to a server — it opens WhatsApp or your email client with the message pre-filled, so what reaches us is whatever you actually send.

Why we hold it. To plan your trip, to quote it, and to make the bookings you ask for. We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful for that, and for our own records afterwards.

Who we share it with. Hotels, resorts, guides and transport operators, but only the details needed to make a booking you have asked for — typically names and dates. We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.

Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. That involves cookies set by Google and data processed under their terms. It tells us how many people read a page; it does not tell us who you are.

Cookies. Beyond analytics, this site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Your browser can block all of them and the site still works.

Your choices. Ask us and we will tell you what correspondence we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to the email address on the contact page.

Changes. If this policy changes, the updated version appears here. Material changes will be noted on the page.
